Tracy Coke, PT, has spent three decades helping people stand taller, move easier, and trust their balance again. She’s treated thousands across home health and outpatient settings and brings a practical, hope-filled method to adults 50+ who feel weak, wobbly, or worn out.

Tracy’s approach is intentionally simple and deeply evidence-based:Mobility Strength Balance, beginning at the feet—the body’s foundation. Years of tight shoes and inactivity dull foot feedback to the brain and ripple upward into knees, hips, and back. Tracy restores that foundation first, then layers strength through new ranges of motion, and finally trains balance on purpose. The result is momentum you can feel in everyday life—climbing stairs, carrying groceries, getting out the door with confidence.

Her mission is personal. When her mom, Carol (86), began falling, Tracy moved from paperwork and care logistics to daily, bite-size movement sessions at home. Carol had roughly ten falls in the year prior; after working with Tracy, she went eight months without a fall. Tracy also lost both of her brothers in their 50s to health complications—experiences that sharpened her conviction that decline is not inevitable and that small, consistent wins matter.

What Tracy builds is doable: no gym, no expensive gear—just a chair, a wall, and a clear plan. Most students thrive with 20–30 minutes, three days a week; on busy days, five honest minutes still help. To make progress visible, she uses quick “comparable signs” before and after a move (How steady do you feel on stairs 1–10? How easy was standing from a chair?), so improvement shows up right away and motivation sticks.
